About this programme
The Bachelor of Construction (Construction Management) is a three-year applied degree taught at AIC in central Auckland in partnership with Otago Polytechnic. It combines hands-on industry experience with academic rigour to prepare you for leadership roles on commercial and residential construction projects across Aotearoa.
You'll graduate ready to step into roles such as project manager, site manager, contracts administrator, or estimator — with a globally-recognised qualification and a network of industry contacts built through real workplace projects.
